Gratitude 5 has been created to show you that a multitude of things to be grateful for is all around you, if you choose to look for it.
We become bogged down with our schedules and overwhelmed with responsibilities. Bills, sickness, worry, and fear strain our relationships with ourselves and with others. We can be sidetracked by unexpected bumps in the road, like medical emergencies, the loss of a job, or the death of a parent, sibling, child, or friend. We may struggle with divorce, infidelities, alcoholism, or drug addiction. The nightly news, social media’s endless posts about violent acts, and other people’s negative attitudes can cause us anxiety. The list is endless.
How do we find, look for, or even believe in gratitude when life gets to be too much? Is gratitude possible when we have had a certain mindset for so long, or are surrounded by negativity in people, in the news, on social media, or in co-workers, neighbors, people on the road, or even in our own homes?
Gratitude starts with a decision. It starts with deciding to either look for, and usually find, the negative, or to look a little deeper and find the positive, find the gratefulness. It starts with deciding that we do not want to add to the already negative situation or mindset around us.
This book will take you on a Ninety-Day Challenge to engage with your life, to start seeing the gratitude everywhere around you, and then start living in gratitude.
